IGIVE focuses on participation and employees joining together to make an impact. Any amount, even if a gift seems minimal, will make a difference. A payroll deduction pledge allows employees to make a generous contribution in manageable amounts each pay period.

  • Bi-Weekly/Monthly – minimum gift of $24 ($1 per pay period)
  • One-time gift – minimum of $10

Yes! Every contribution added together becomes a powerful force to make an impact.  We know that smaller gifts can and do add up: 75% of gifts given last year were $100 or less.  A gift is an investment that helps ensure that the education, healing and research we do here every day will continue and make an impact on our university, health system and community.

AUGUSTA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION
If giving to Athletics, College of Allied Health Sciences, College of Education and Human Development, College of Nursing, College of Science & Mathematics, Dental College of Georgia, Hull College of Business, Pamplin College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, School of Computer and Cyber Sciences, The Graduate School, Libraries, Augusta University Medical Center, Childre n’s Hospital of Georgia and/or Georgia Cancer Center.

THE MEDICAL COLLEGE OF GEORGIA FOUNDATION
If giving to the Medical College of Georgia

Employees will be able to make payroll deduction gifts at kick-off events or by visiting augusta.edu/IGIVE.  Once on the site, follow the prompts to fill out the payroll deduction form, choose the area you want to support, and click submit.

Please remember payroll deduction will not start until your first paycheck in January 2024.

YES!!  We will have t-shirts at one of the kick-off locations listed here!

We will be holding our regular employee kick-off celebrations and will distribute food like we have done in the past.

Yes!  All departments that have 100% participation will receive a plaque and a pizza party.

Anywhere you want it to! When you make a gift through IGIVE, YOU get to choose from a wide range of designations that align with your department, personal interests or connections to Augusta University and Wellstar MCG Health. If you’d like to make an unrestricted contribution to the Greater University Fund or the Wellstar MCG Health Fund, you can let leadership decide how best to put your gift to use to help support the greatest needs of the university and health system.

Most gifts to charity are tax deductible.  Please consult your tax preparer to be certain.

No, you do not need to fill out a new pledge card this year, as your gift will continue indefinitely until you tell us to stop.

Once you’re on the IGIVE website, access the payroll deduction option.  Fill out the demographic info on page one. On page two, check if you want the continuing pledge to be monthly/bi-weekly or one time and then check the “repeat my pledge from last year” option on page three.

OR

Complete the demographic info on the left side of the pledge card, check the “Repeat my pledge from last year” box on the lower right side of the card, sign the card, and turn in at one of the kick-off locations listed here or to your department champion.

This year’s IGIVE campaign is a university focused campaign. Wellstar hosts their annual “Team Member Campaign” in February of each year.

All current recurring payroll deductions will end as of December 31, 2023. Wellstar MCG Health employees can give through their annual “Team Member Campaign” in February.
